Full Breather Package

This is a Full Breather Package for a Honda Civic EG/EK and Integra DC2 Chassis, which consists of a Rocker Cover, Catch Tank and Braided Line Kit.

Rocker Cover;
Acid Stripped, Hi temp pressure washed and all defects and unwanted casting marks removed. OEM baffle plate rivets removed, Rocker Cover drilled and tapped for fixings, drilled for AN10 fittings, OEM breather port removed, welded up and shaped, then Media Blasted inside and out (Inc baffle plate). Blown out thoroughly and wiped down to ensure zero media remained. Baffle plate resealed and fixed down with loctite, stainless steel fixings and spring washers.
Extended AN10 fittings welded on (which go directly into the OEM baffle chambers to prevent any unwanted oil entering the braided lines) and finished in Wrinkle Black Powdercoat (on a custom made jig to stop the finish entering inside the cover) and all lettering and surfaces refinished.

Catch Tank;
CAD designed Aluminium Honda civic EG/EK and integra DC2 (RHD) Atmospheric baffled oil catch tank which has been designed to fit in the battery/fusebox location. Due to utilising this space the capacity is over 3Litres making it MSA compliant for both K20 and K24 engined vehicles.
This features internal baffle plates, X2 AN10 inlets and a AN6 outlet (drain), replaceable foam panel filter and Stainless Steel fixings.
Finished in Wrinkle and Satin Black

Both linked together with Branded AN10 Braided oil lines ft X2 45degree and X2 Straight fittings
